Chris Paul will help Phoenix a lot. That team needs his direction, because it was basically just an AAU team that had graduated to the NBA. He’ll provide structure and preach defense. I know he’s kind of a lightning rod and a ********, but I’m pretty sure he does all that for a reason. He’s a smart player. And Devin Booker needs that balance.
The Nets are going to be an utter debacle, whether the Harden deal goes through or not. Durant hates the media, he pays attention to everything that is ever said about him (reference the burner incident). I don’t know what possessed him to think that moving from San Francisco, a rather friendly media environment for a big city, to New York City, the most in your face environment in the world, was a good idea. Add on to that batshit crazy Kyrie and partying Harden? Yikes.
The west has like 12 good teams. This year is going to be a bloodbath.
Basketball fan in me: It really sucks we won’t see Klay Thompson for nearly two years.
Nuggets fan in me: Suck it, Golden State!
I can't stand basketball, but people here are really pissed that Harden and Westbrook both want out.

Man Dame is really angry about the Blazers defense right now. Cant really blame him as they got smashed by the Nuggs last night. I really wish Portland could turn it around at some point but most likely Lillard will end up bolting for another team as they can never seem to get enough help around him.
