If this is him at his career best, he doesn't need too many more years at it to be a top three player, or a no-doubt HoFer
But to your point: Tatum has the leadership intangibles, Mitchell is a savage in the playoffs, Trae Young is a lion, and Ja is as physically gifted as prime Rose, Russ, Wall, Iverson, Thomas, etc
