    Default Chargers Week

Purcell is out for the season. Happy Game Week.

I cant wait for herbert to outplay lock and Gordon to score our only tds and the whole board to want gordon gone and tank for trevor. Going to be a fun week.
    The Plan at the moment:

Draft: Trade a 3rd and 6th this year to a team to move up and get a 2nd next year (this will happen).

    Players I want:
Jake Ferguson (Jake Butt) or Jelani Woods or Jeremy Ruckert or Cade Otten (owen daniels) at TE- All 4th rd or later.
Troy Anderson LB 3rd/4th rd (yay Timmy!)
Neil Farrell, JR DL- run stuffer- bye purcell

Default Injury Report: Mike Purcell to miss remainder of 2020 season

ENGLEWOOD, Colo. — Starting nose tackle Mike Purcell will miss the remainder of the 2020 season with a foot injury, Vic Fangio announced Monday.

Purcell suffered the injury during Sunday's game against the Chiefs and was forced to exit in the first quarter. Fangio said Purcell's ailment was a Lisfranc injury, which affects the middle part of the foot.

Purcell finished the season with 15 tackles, one sack, two tackles for loss and a quarterback hit. He signed an extension through 2023 with the team in early October.

Fangio said Diontae Spencer, Tim Patrick and Derrek Tuszka would be considered day to day ahead of Sunday's game against the Chargers.

    Tom Pelissero
    @TomPelissero

Several #Chargers staff and players, including QB Justin Herbert, are among over 100,000 people evacuated from their homes amidst the Southern California wildfires, per sources. Team assisting and everyone settled in hotels. No change to preparations for Sunday’s game at Denver.

i just want to see them play a clean game. . . no boneheaded turnovers, no giving up points on special teams, and no butchered clock management. . . some better decision-making from lock would be a bonus. . .

“When we do find that guy, we’ve got to have the continuity on the offensive side to where we can train him and develop him and get him there. This is our fourth offense in probably three or four years. Quarterbacks need to be developed. You don’t find one ready-made. We got to have a solid system in place for when we do go after whatever guy it may be, a young guy or a trade or whatnot.”

The crazy thing is I still have this feeling that Drew is going to get it together really quickly and really ball out. I just do.
I feel like he has been gripping the ball too tight and playing like "they want him to". I think when he lets that go and plays like he did when he took over from Flacco, just doing his thing, no pressure, he is going to find his mojo again. Maybe it is this week, maybe not. Not sure it all comes back this week. I still just have this tingle. I do.

well if he doesn't fumble and has a good game then the board will probably be fine....we shouldn't tank for trevor....Lock will be just fine...

Lawrence and Fields are already out of reach, it would require trading the kind of draft capital that could choke a horse.

You wanna really **** up your day, go research the QB classes of 22 thru 24, it’s desolate.
