Man you guys are a tough crowd. Heaven forbid a guy be disappointed about losing his job when he's having one of his best seasons. I'm not saying the dolphins made the wrong call but damn, the guy is allowed not to like it.

    Indeed.

I could understand it a bit more if the team wasnt winning any ballgames but they are coming off 2 straight wins in a division that is pretty open. I think Fitz knew that this was going to eventually happen but i think his issue is that the move is being made while they are winning and he is playing pretty good football.

Fitz is this generation's Steve Deberg. He's there simply to buy time until the newly drafted star quarterback is considered ready. That's his job. If the Fins are making this move, it's because they think Tua will be better than Fitz. They beat the Jaguars, a banged-up 49ers squad and the Jets. That's not like beating the Chiefs or the Ravens. The next 5 games will be against teams that can be lit for a bunch of points (yes, I'm including the Broncos here) so it's a good time to find out if their rookie is as good as advertised. Sorry Fitz but you're old enough to be Tua's dad. It's time to hand him the keys to the family car and stop crying about it.
I miss the old Mile High Stadium.

He's already said he's fully behind Tua and will be helping and rooting for him. His initial reaction the day it happened was disappointment, but apparently he's not allowed to have a human reaction for even 5 minutes.

Fitzmagic played his bearded ASS off. He left everything he had on the field and took hits no 38 year old should take on a regular basis. I love watching him play. You could tell his teammates fed off of his play too.

Fitz and Josh McCown need to be first ballot HOFers.

It would be a grave injustice if they were voted in ahead of Nick Foles.

Michael Vick just did a bit where he talked about everything that he relates to in Tua. One of them, they both have families that sticks with them & keeps them on the straight and narrow

All those dogs that you forced to fight say hi

No...wait...most, if not all, the dogs that hadn't died prior to them being rescued had to be put down

Vick is a POS to me period I'll never forgive that awful thing he did to those poor dogs.

Wait, how did Vick become the discussion topic of a Tua thread?

I used to think like you ... I’m much better now, though.

Yes, I'm wondering why you felt the need to use this thread to preach your feelings on Vick to us.

I’m willing to bet that there’s not a single person reading this Post that loves dogs more than me ... but Vick paid his debt to society.
