Default Broncos vs. Chiefs injury report: Dalton Risner questionable for Week 7

Denver Broncos guard Dalton Risner (shoulder) is questionable for Sunday’s game against the Kansas City Chiefs, coach Vic Fangio said Friday. If Risner is not able to play in Week 7, Austin Schlottmann will likely start in his place.

Denver’s final injury report can be seen below.

I never thought we would win.
I just merely said our best chance is for us to go head to head slug fest vs defensive ass raping.
    The Plan at the moment:

Draft: Trade a 3rd and 6th this year to a team to move up and get a 2nd next year (this will happen).

    Players I want:
Jake Ferguson (Jake Butt) or Jelani Woods or Jeremy Ruckert or Cade Otten (owen daniels) at TE- All 4th rd or later.
Troy Anderson LB 3rd/4th rd (yay Timmy!)
Neil Farrell, JR DL- run stuffer- bye purcell

I wonder if Netani Muti will be active for this game (If risner does not play). I would think he would have to be. I know he is a mauling badass, but I remember reading that while he is devastating man up, he is behind the 8 ball for comprehension and makes rookie mistakes.

Still, a jumbo package with he as an extra lineman would be cool to see in GTG scenarios. Schlotmann while not my fave did reasonably...well....he id alright filling in for Dalton.

Correct. I understand. You still haven’t shared what you’re smoking!

Transaction wire says Broncos released DL Sylvester Williams. Wouldn't be surprised if he comes back on practice squad. Broncos making room for Dre'Mont Jones coming off IR and possibly DeMarcus Walker. #9sports

That's bad news about Risner. He seems like the type that won't miss a game unless it's serious. Glad Bouye will suit up. Actually, that's a lot of juice adding up all those names.

As far as Demarcus Walker goes, I'm not sure what to think. He hasn't really had enough snaps and moments to know what he's all about. I have a gut feel that he's better than we've seen so far.

Walker is a better player in a 4-3, a base LDE in a 4-3, he never made sense for Denver other than the fact that he’s a team captain.

He was really, really good, really really good in college too. Really good. Poor fit for our scheme but I've always had really high hopes for him.

Seeing some surprise out there Broncos cut De’Vante Bausby and not, say, Davontae Harris.
But Harris better/bigger body on special teams with Bouye back to handle corner along with Callahan and Ojemudia.

Move clears way (after Jernigan, Sly Williams previously cut) for AJ Bouye, DeMarcus Walker, Dre’Mont Jones, who have been activated from IR to 53. #9sports

WTF, they cut bausby again? do not like!
“When we do find that guy, we’ve got to have the continuity on the offensive side to where we can train him and develop him and get him there. This is our fourth offense in probably three or four years. Quarterbacks need to be developed. You don’t find one ready-made. We got to have a solid system in place for when we do go after whatever guy it may be, a young guy or a trade or whatnot.”
