Worth a try.

Nicely done!
Man, you are killing it with the exercise. That is so great.
I'm not exercising as much as I should, but have been consistent with my intermittent fasting. Covid kicked my butt, and August which is when I got completely off the exercise, not quite as diligent with fasting, I lost 6 lbs, but I got fully back on track with fasting routine in September and slowly reintroduced time on elliptical, and lost just over 10 lbs. Been pretty steady with 6-12lbs of loss each month, but I'm trying to get more exercise consistency.
Stepped out of my comfort zone tonight and joined a gym. First night went pretty well. Yay!!
When do we get the bathing suit pictures?
Got this message from my PCP (had reached out to her about some low blood pressure episodes, and I'm off all meds at this point, so no more lowering of BP meds) and she sent this, which was nice to see.
"This weight loss and blood pressure are just AMAZING. I can tell how hard you've been working, it's really an accomplishment!"
I started my journey after I hit an all time high after about 10 months of working from home, and knew I was going to have to go back to the office in a few months and was fed up. So, started last Jan 15th, and have been at it for nearly 22 months. I only lost 20lbs last year (was down 30lbs, but fell off the wagon over the holidays last year and put 10lbs back on), and then started in earnest after the holidays this year. I'm down 85 in total and this year have been losing 6-10lbs a month, most months (a couple higher or lower).
Still have a ways to go, but for the first time in my life, feel like it's actually a lifestyle change I can maintain, rather than a short-term diet.
