There are plenty of gym specific shoes, look at anything from Nobull or even the cross trainers from Nike, Reebok, etc but no need to spend that money, get some cheap Vans or Converse and lift heavy things
    What about wrestling shoes?

Yeah I love my Vans for lifting. I got them at Goodwill for like $6.

It's all about bringing intensity imo, and that comes from within.

Awesome! I still have a bit to go to high school weight, well below high school weight is really my goal, and have temporarily stalled at 105 lost. I'm sure I'll push past soon.

I went from taking a couple blood pressure meds, to not only stopping those meds, but having to drink propel or salt water (LMNT) to keep my good pressure from being too low.

Keep up the good work and updates. You are an inspiration and help motivate us to keep going.

Yes sir, wrestling shoes are good for lifting. They’re zero drop, heel to toe, so give the neutral, flat, stable stance needed for heavy lifting

    Sugar?

I replaced it with healthier sugars in fruit. Plus some small tootsie rolls or miniature rolos when the urge arose.

I think I’m going to start ordering my meals from Factor 75 meal prep. Good pricing, tons of options including Keto, and it just looks good to me

So for the first time in my life, I bought a size 4 jeans! This is friggen nuts. In high school, I wore a size 7.

This was last night, pretty light workout, but I got into the gym late last night.
