    Default Texans Fire Bill O’Brien

    Holy shit.
*The statements above are my opinions, unless they are links, because then they are links, which wouldn't make them my opinions, and I suppose stats aren't necessarily opinion, but they are certainly presented to support an opinion. Proceed accordingly.

saw that one coming a mile away. . .
“When we do find that guy, we’ve got to have the continuity on the offensive side to where we can train him and develop him and get him there. This is our fourth offense in probably three or four years. Quarterbacks need to be developed. You don’t find one ready-made. We got to have a solid system in place for when we do go after whatever guy it may be, a young guy or a trade or whatnot.”

Really? They handed him the keys to the whole ship just a few years ago.

I don’t mind the Nuke trade as long as you bring in what the Vikings got for Diggs.

Texans don’t have 1st or 2nd round picks in ‘21 either.

and he has completely wrecked it, and they're now at rock bottom. . . i almost posted it in the game day thread yesterday. . . "he gone!"

he traded clowney for a poor return, gave up TWO firsts for tunsil (lol!), then gave away a top three wideout in his prime for pennies on the dollar. . . now deshaun watson is struggling, and they're about to earn a top five pick-- for miami. . .

This comment surprises me. He's been the butt of jokes throughout the entire league (and forums/social media) for over a year now.

I know. I just thought the Texans were all in on him and his moves. I thought, wrongly apparently, that if an owner already had an itchy trigger finger (four games is quick) on the guy running the whole operation, he would’ve stepped in and vetoed the Hopkins trade.
