“I have 47. Who has 45?” isn’t exactly the type of decisive line calls I’d like to hear from my center.

I think you're being a little overly critical. He actually does have good game speed I know he ran in the four four range at his pro day. And word out of camp this year was consistently in this from guys like Albright who are legitimate Insiders that Patrick was having an excellent camp and obviously that's showing this evening.

Right, but he’s on his third team and that team drafted two receivers in the first two rounds. I’m not saying he’s a bad football player. I’m not saying he should be out of the league. I just don’t ever see him being the third best receiving option on an offense.

We have at least 3. Chubb has 2 and Jewell has 1.

You are confusing a number 3 receiver for a slot receiver. A lot of teams move their best or 2 best receivers ‘all over the field’. Many put their best receiver in the slot to make the most of mismatches. Of course Tim isn’t a number 1 or even a good #2. He is a perfect #3 receiver with well rounded skill set Including blocking ability, route running and good hands. His size also comes in handy too.

I think AJ got one on the Darnold injury.

He’s got pretty good straight line speed but marginal burst, he needs Sutton’s and Jeudy’s on the field to be successful.
