Bears are reportedly calling to move up for a QB.

Would you take 20 and 53 to give up the 9?

Would require a future 1st in the mix and maybe future 4th
"We saw it…. the hussars let loose their horses. God, what power! They ran through the smoke and the sound was like that of a thousand blacksmiths beating with a thousand hammers

They rush on to the Swedes! They crash into the Swedish riters…. Overwhelm them! They crash into the second regiment - Overwhelmed! Resistance collapses, dissolves, they move forward as easily as if they were parading on a grand boulevard

didn't the steelers give us a 2nd and a future 3rd to make basically the same move? i'm thinkin' chicago needs t pay the quarterback premium if they wanna come up for a QB. . .
“When we do find that guy, we’ve got to have the continuity on the offensive side to where we can train him and develop him and get him there. This is our fourth offense in probably three or four years. Quarterbacks need to be developed. You don’t find one ready-made. We got to have a solid system in place for when we do go after whatever guy it may be, a young guy or a trade or whatnot.”

Yep. They want to do it for a first and second this year and a first next year, they have a deal.

i think you're underestimating chaz. . . he obviously thinks we should trade lock and #9 for minshew. . .

seriously, what's wrong with going defense at 9, and letting lock develop?
    Bold strategy, Cotton.

Seriously, I’m down with any scenario that doesn’t include Case Rypien Jones at 9.

I love Lock and would love nothing more than letting him develop ... but Fields? Yo, Dog! Dog, yo?

    And roquan smith
    The Plan at the moment:

Draft: Trade a 3rd and 6th this year to a team to move up and get a 2nd next year (this will happen).

    Players I want:
Jake Ferguson (Jake Butt) or Jelani Woods or Jeremy Ruckert or Cade Otten (owen daniels) at TE- All 4th rd or later.
Troy Anderson LB 3rd/4th rd (yay Timmy!)
Neil Farrell, JR DL- run stuffer- bye purcell

Steelers should be calling too, two #1’s, Devin Bush and Dwayne Haskins should get it done. Throw in Malik Reed to sweeten the pot.

I didn’t say it was smart, personally I’d rather be on the receiving end of those multiple picks but it’s now common place to trade multiple picks for the lottery pick you need for a QB.

So, would you rather trade up from 9 or from where the 9ers started? Choose wisely because there’s only one right answer, and it’s not Garbage Minshew.

Btw, Goff was not a bust.

Btw, careful what you wish for, I’d take Goff over the Titans results.

This is why you take Sewell at #9 if he’s still there. Dang, I really hope we get this dude.

Nope. Not unless we have a deal in place for whoever is at 10 or 11 (yes, im lazy). If we can get Parsons (my preference) or Sewell there and bank a free 5th or 6th, why not??

Bears giving up two 1sts, etc,, is a draft season pipe dream
