We got to have a solid system in place for when we do go after whatever guy it may be, a young guy or a trade or whatnot.”
so, case rypien come on down! lol. . . as i said earlier, i don't care that much. . . this absolutely REEKS of desperation, though. . . if he doesn't play well, do they trot bortles out there in week five, before going back to lock? i don't see how they ever expect a QB to succeed if they won't give him at least SOME opportunity to develop a bit of chemistry with his receivers. . . and frankly, they aren't doing any favors for jeudy and hamler's development by asking them to play with different QBs every week. . . at some point, maybe just admit that you don't have a capable backup QB, and you should have signed a guy like bortles (keenum, whoever) in the off-season, so he'd be up to speed with the offense and ready to go now. . . since you didn't do that, you may as well just pick one chump and roll with him-- let somebody at least try to find some rhythm, rather than thinking scrub B or scrub C is going to come in and look good with no reps. . . i guess that's why john and vic get the big bucks, though-- so here's to hoping rypien is the answer. . .

how so?
If we IR lock for the entire year, ok then we are. Until then it doesnt matter who our backup qb was and it never did. No teams stand a chance with their backup.
If you mention the pats or 9ers- those were superbowl rosters. No one, evsr, at all has said that this year we had a superbowl roster. Some said we might make the playoffs but that is as far as it has ever gone.
So how are we tanking again?
The Plan at the moment:
Draft: Trade a 3rd and 6th this year to a team to move up and get a 2nd next year (this will happen).
Players I want:
Jake Ferguson (Jake Butt) or Jelani Woods or Jeremy Ruckert or Cade Otten (owen daniels) at TE- All 4th rd or later.
Troy Anderson LB 3rd/4th rd (yay Timmy!)
Neil Farrell, JR DL- run stuffer- bye purcell
I’m thinking cowshit is for vegans.
