I'm not one that favors a continuing coaching carousel either, but I'm also not one to stick with a poor coach for the simple reason of ending the carousel. Bottom line...as long as ownership and leadership sit as they do...we aren't seeing the playoffs any time soon.
Im not sure I agree with all of this.
I do not see a problem with Elway. Vic is meh to me. I like him enough, but do not dislike him enough to remove him from office. I agree about the ownership.
However, all of that imo is completely useless with out a QB. Everything comes back to QB. No one had an issue with Elway or Pat being gone when we had Peyton. We, Like All Teams, will not make the playoffs without a QB. The teams that do have a QB.
Who the hell were the chiefs before Mahomo?
Who were the titans before Tannehill?
Who were the chargers before Herbert?
Who were the bucs before Brady?
Who were the falcons before ryan?
The Plan at the moment:
Draft: Trade a 3rd and 6th this year to a team to move up and get a 2nd next year (this will happen).
Players I want:
Jake Ferguson (Jake Butt) or Jelani Woods or Jeremy Ruckert or Cade Otten (owen daniels) at TE- All 4th rd or later.
Troy Anderson LB 3rd/4th rd (yay Timmy!)
Neil Farrell, JR DL- run stuffer- bye purcell
