Here's the thing - I know where you are probably going with it, and assuming my guess is right, I mostly agree with you.

Especially if you agree with me, because then you know you're probably right.

People are too fit these days IMO.

I've dropped 25 pounds in the past year and all I did was move from the U.S. to Panama. I haven't been trying to lose weight but I haven't had fast foods around to tempt me so I eat less processed foods. I didn't come here with the intention of dropping weight but it's just been a consequence of the change of lifestyle.

Using the models from the World Health Organization and the Center for Disease Control, at this pace I should be weightless in another eight years.
