Ravens showing some life but Mahomes is one of those 4th quarter wonders. Might be too little too late for Baltimore.

QB sneaks probably have a higher EV than either, but after what happened to Mahomes last year I can see how coaches would be gunshy on it.

I thought about posting about this real time because I saw it, but this is a great breakdown of the mistake Marcus Peters made as the Ravens tried to deploy a disguised thirds principle in the secondary. They were trying to confuse Mahomes and they sorry. This is all film work by Andy Reid, Eric Bienemy and Patrick Mahomes. It’s amazing.

Titans have 3 new covid positive players and 5 player personnel. They and the Vikings have now suspended in person activities. Yikes.

Perhaps this explains the NFL's enforcement of the rule requiring coaches to wear masks on the field and sidelines.
Too bad she doesn't cheer for the Patriots dressed like this

Default Los Angeles Chargers place former Bixby standout Chris Harris Jr. on IR

COSTA MESA, Calif. — The Los Angeles Chargers placed Chris Harris Jr. on injured reserve Tuesday.

The former Bixby High School cornerback is the fifth defensive starter to end up on IR this season.

Harris suffered a foot injury during last Sunday's 21-16 loss to the Carolina Panthers.

Harris joins defensive end Melvin Ingram (knee), linebacker Drue Tranquill (leg) and defensive tackle Justin Jones (shoulder) among defensive starters on IR for the short term. Safety Derwin James (knee) and center Mike Pouncey (hip) have been ruled out for the season.

I think as far as COVID is concerned the NFL community has clearly handled themselves well, aside from a few HC’s being a little lackadaisical with their masks.

    No offseason and preseason? Brutal.

“When we do find that guy, we’ve got to have the continuity on the offensive side to where we can train him and develop him and get him there. This is our fourth offense in probably three or four years. Quarterbacks need to be developed. You don’t find one ready-made. We got to have a solid system in place for when we do go after whatever guy it may be, a young guy or a trade or whatnot.”
