Ah, missed the behind the quarterback view. Kelce completely destroyed a defensive back with route running.

Mahomes looks really gimpy right now. Might give Cleveland a shot.

    oh, man. . . that's just backbreaking. . .
“When we do find that guy, we’ve got to have the continuity on the offensive side to where we can train him and develop him and get him there. This is our fourth offense in probably three or four years. Quarterbacks need to be developed. You don’t find one ready-made. We got to have a solid system in place for when we do go after whatever guy it may be, a young guy or a trade or whatnot.”

Should’ve been “lowering the helmet to initiate contact” penalty. Sorensen clearly leads with the crown of the helmet right into Higgins’ ear hole. It was blatant and deliberate.

No foul and they get the ball. Refs... they don't need your help!

Should’ve been helmet to helmet. It was so blatant. But also, why score and give KC 1:30 left? He probably should’ve just went down and tried to punch it in just before half. Bad result either way.

Yeah the players know stretching the ball out there is risky because of that rule. Gotta be smarter than that.

I was going to reply and agree but Butker just missed a chip shot. Still probably out of reach for Cleveland.

Should’ve gone for 2. Not a huge difference in being down 9 or 10, but 8 makes it one score.

The not-going-for-two logic may be if the defense can hold KC without a score, then Cleveland scoring a TD makes it 3 points to win, as opposed to merely tying the game if they miss the two point.
