We should definitely re-visit that. Maybe an avs game?

Took the kids to the pool today. Good day for that. I'll celebrate tonight with some Maker's Mark and Grey Goose cocktails!

Do you just drink those straight or mix them with anything?

I dunno, I don't drink often. Wife got me both of those for my B-day. What's the right way to go here? Mix with some Mountain dew and serve in half coconut?

Vodka tonic with a lime is my go-to.

Been drinking more bourbon lately though and just have that on the rocks.

With a lime means like you bite it like doing tequila shooters or cut up and on the rim or something else? What part vodka to tonic?

This Maker's mark "Whisky" smells strong and smooth. I think I'll mix it with diet Shasta!

1 part vodka, 2 parts tonic over ice - 1/4 lime wedge squeezed. I like the sweetness of the tonic - if you don't want the sugar, you can do the same thing with club soda.

I find makers is still a little bit harsh for sipping for my tastes, but I'm not a huge bourbon drinker.
