As Altitude’s TV dispute with Comcast drags on, jeopardizing fans’ ability to watch the NBA and NHL’s restart, executives at the regional sports network couldn’t help but notice an agreement Comcast reached one time zone away.

Marquee Sports Network in Chicago came to terms on a multiyear carriage agreement with Comcast, ensuring Chicago’s largest distributor would be able to carry Cubs games, according to The Chicago Tribune.

Altitude president Matt Hutchings released a statement in the wake of that agreement, asking: “What makes Denver Nuggets and Colorado Avalanche fans any different? Why has Comcast decided that Marquee Sports Network should be offered fair, market-based terms but not Altitude?
