*The statements above are my opinions, unless they are links, because then they are links, which wouldn't make them my opinions, and I suppose stats aren't necessarily opinion, but they are certainly presented to support an opinion. Proceed accordingly.

Drugs, wild sex parties, pimping cheerleaders to season ticket holders.

    What's wrong with that?

Its a PG-13 version of the Patriots. PG-13 because it lacks the murder and sex trafficked Asian ladies.

Snyder is going to move the Redskins to London and keep the name.

I wondered why there wasn't a thread on this yesterday.

Reports out there that Kapri Bibbs (!) was out banging the Coach's side piece - that is one dysfunctional franchise. Shocking they haven't been successful.

As much as this has been teased, I'm expecting a major disappointment. It's been hyped more than anything since the Trump dossier.

Either that, or it's so explosive that the lawyers are still poring over the story before it releases.

The Washington Post made the mistake of hiring FedEx to deliver all of the papers.

Well, if the minority owners are lawyering up, you might guess Snyder has lawyered up, and the Post might have had to lawyer up in response.

Or, there’s nothing to see here, move along.

    One or the other, probably.

Crane still didn't want to do it so MLB enlisted writers like Richard Justice and Maury Brown to smear Crane with stories that he was a racist and sexist businessman and a child abuser, etc. Finally, Crane relented and said "okay, we will switch leagues" and, magically, all these negative stories of Crane disappeared. Overnight, he was a respected businessman, pillar of the community, etc. Justice, meanwhile, left Houston to go work for the MLB Network.

(Background: When Nolan Ryan bought the Rangers, it came out of bankruptcy court and Crane was actually the top bidder - but his partnership group included Mavericks owner Mark Cuban whom Selig feared would be a thorn like he was to the NBA so they got the bankruptcy judge to hand the Rangers to Ryan instead of Crane and Cuban. An angry Crane sued and I think Selig told Crane he'd get the Astros as soon as their owner was ready to sell if he dropped the suit, which is what happened. But there was no talk then of switching leagues.)

All this taught me something. League leadership plays dirty and can line up certain reporters to ruin anybody that gets in their way. Is the NFL doing this to Snyder because they'd rather have Bezos (who owns Amazon) running the Washington Red Herrings or just putting the squeeze on Snyder to behave as they want? Can't say, but it's entirely possible.
I miss the old Mile High Stadium.
