I think they are using this time to test all the players and quarantine the positives/people who have interacted with positives. For the broncos at least I think the whole team is there but I don't think they have practiced yet. Not sure what the exact schedule is.

You can only hope for a season. But you never know. But baseball is now scratching it's head, in particular the Marlins.

I agree, if you want to come @ the Ellisbeast, come correct with some specifics. If you did and I forgot them, I apologize. Otherwise it's kinda lame bro.

Funny how I say “empty suit” and you both come running to Ellis’ defense, I never mentioned names.

Btw, I can live with lame. I’ve been called worse by better people.

I don't even know if I like him or what. I just don't understand the vitriol.

I think he’s crooked af; he’s black-balling the ownership situation at the very least, I still hold him 100% responsible for the McDaniels Error, he snaked his way into being de facto-owner and he comes from a very long line of douchebags. He does not belong!

    Among many other reasons.

“When we do find that guy, we’ve got to have the continuity on the offensive side to where we can train him and develop him and get him there. This is our fourth offense in probably three or four years. Quarterbacks need to be developed. You don’t find one ready-made. We got to have a solid system in place for when we do go after whatever guy it may be, a young guy or a trade or whatnot.”

aaand just like that, not two weeks in, and the MLB season is already on the brink. . .

Major League Baseball commissioner Rob Manfred told MLB Players Association executive director Tony Clark on Friday that if the sport doesn't do a better job of managing the coronavirus, it could shut down for the season, sources familiar with the conversation told ESPN.

i really hope clownshoes goodell is paying attention. . .

Based on the article, it seems to me your scorn should be directed at the NFLPA because the problem in the MLB is that the players are not following their commissioner's directives.

I think we might see a lot more players opting out. I’d be really surprised if there is a full NFL season.

I’ve always defended Goodell but he has apparently been a total failure in leadership, rumors from GM’s and coaches. Basically the NFL is just telling teams that we’re playing and to figure it out yourself.

The players and NFLPA have been the exact opposite, if there’s a season you can thank them.

This pandemic has exposed a complete lack of and/or dysfunctional leadership from top down in this entire shitshow.
