While the 49ers came close one year, no NFL team has played in or won the Super Bowl on their home field. I hope that trend continues. It would be, well, disgusting, to watch the media fall all over themselves rooting for Brady to be the first. I'm sure there are suits that would desperately love a Patriots-Bucs Super Bowl. To me, it would be like watching the Iran-Iraq War.

They were both ruled by homicidal narcissists that had no regard for the rules of war. Iraq used poison gas; Iran had their boys walk in front of their army through minefields in order to set them off so they wouldn't lose their train soldiers to the mines.
