Doom was the 2nd FPS I ever played after Wolfenstein. I remember playing doom 2 on the computer in high school over the 56k modem. I have d2 on my xbox to this day. Haven't tried any since d3.

The first true FPS I ever played on a console, a console some never heard of and a game no one heard of... It was for the TurboGrafx16 called Silent Debuggers.

This game kicks ass. It's the best soundtrack for a walking simulator through macabre landscapes. All the monster FPS action stuff is just gravy.

I'd really like to play this... I just can't do it anymore. Kills me.

Gaming just doesn't do it for me. Last few games were disappointing purchases too, Killing Floor 2 and Dynasty Warriors 9. Been there, done that. Like Doom too.

I feel like the last great leap was from PS2/Xbox to Xbox 360 and PS3. This whole gen has been a disappointment to me and the publishers too.

Like CoD Black Ops 5. Think about how ****in lazy that is. And who was clamoring for another Black Ops?

I played COD WWII too and... just... I did it already.

Madden has the usual basic upgrades and is basically a roster update.

Modern gaming is so different. And I truly miss gaming. Wifey and I do Kino and Der Riese spilt screen and it's really cool that we can play it together. Couch coop has been largely extinct. Another loss.

It's hard for me to find a game I like. That's why I like this one. I am more excited by the score and the atmosphere than the samey feel of a shoot-em-up. The shoot-em-up part is almost a chore any more, but to their credit, they are trying to reinvent the genre as 'push-forward' which is a good concept.

I would probably buy this game if it was pure walking simulator. Of course, the heavy metal choreographed monster entries are pretty dope.

I read this article about how video games have become a chore-task-list, and I get it. Sounds like where you are coming from.

So far though, I'm getting my $ worth on this one, and I paid more for this one than I've paid for a game in over ten years.

I played a lot of Doom in the day, this looks cool. I then went on to Quake and was in a clan for the Q2 Lithium mod. This looks pretty cool!

This version most evokes the feelings of playing the originals. I'm enjoying it more than I expected.

Not so long ago I've played all Mass Effects at once. One of my friends told me about it and I've realized that this was a loss that I didn't play it before. Right now I'm playing first Withcer and about to play all parts too. Also, I play Overwatch for about 5 years. I'm not so good at it, TBH. That's why I've found the fastest Overwatch boosting service and boosted new hero. Now I have one of the best offensive heroes on the server. I operate Reaper much better than I operate Angel.
