I might take Tua if I'm Detroit and he's there at 3, more likely I deal with LA Chargers.

However, some team intoxicated by Becton's measurables could ignore the fact that he is unpolished as a pass protector. He was underwhelming in his first two seasons as a starter, and his strong 2019 campaign may have been deceptive.
"The Louisville offense featured a lot of play-action passes and screens in 2019, which in turn, restricted Becton to only 73 true pass sets (i.e., standard quarterback dropbacks)," Anthony Treash of Pro Football Focus wrote. "On those 73 true pass sets, Becton allowed eight pressures, which is a concerning rate."
I would care less about this if we were the Ravens...

The other tackle we love on this boahttps://www.amazon.com/Amazon-Video/b/ref=topnav_storetab_atv?_encoding=UTF8&node=285877 8011rd, Andrews, is also limited - I've been saying it for weeks and it's obvious on tape- but from a physical stand point.
Weaknesses
Lacks prototypical build and limb thickness
Is a little heavy-legged in his second-level climbs
Tight hips limit lateral movements and pad-level battles for leverage
Top-heavy into initial contact and doesn't get hips unlocked
More mauler than mover
Needs to improve foot positioning to help steer and secure kick-outs
Pass slides are choppy and lack desired smoothness
Anchor against speed-to-power has more give than you want
Gets caught leaning and over-extending in pass pro

"Thomas is a gritty player with above-average recovery talent to 'get the job done' when his process breaks down," Zierlein wrote of Thomas.
That does not sound like the type of tackle NFL teams should be scrambling to land. - BRP.
These sorts of issues are littered all across the scouting reports. They could be wrong, but this LT class isn't as advertised.

Denver is building quite the supporting cast for Drew Lock. Jeudy is a top-10 talent and arguably the most complete receiver in the class. He didn’t run a blazing 40, but he always looks like the quickest player on the field thanks to his rare change-of-direction skills. Jeudy is a nuanced route-runner who can get open all over the field, and he’s a threat with the ball in his hands. With Courtland Sutton already on the roster, the Broncos passing game could be special. A- for the grade.
Meanwhile they pretty much described why it's a shocker the Giants took Andrews...no one expected that...for a reason.
Most pundits had Andrew Thomas as the third-best tackle in the class, so even if the Giants loved him, a trade back would have made the most sense. Thomas will be a solid player, but that’s not what you look for at pick No. 4. This is a classic case of a team being too confident in its ability to scout players — which the stat nerds have shown is a flawed way to approach the draft. D+ for the grade.
This guy is a late second rounder/early third rounder ten years ago. Good lord the Giants are a mess.
Becton; you’ve just described 99% of the college T’s scheme.
Thomas; you’re over-compensating.

Eh, he gives up massive pressure rates on traditional dropbacks, even higher than his peers. You say that's somewhat normal, and that's fine. It's higher, but sure. But that leads me to my point about overpaying for a moderate improvement at best. It's my considered opinion. I could be wrong, but I don't think so. It's just a different way of building a team. We both ended up liking this draft, so that just shows you how crazy the process can be when we disagree vehemently on a huge portion of R1 picks but end up both happy.
I loved the draft because I went into it fully stoked about drafting a WR, I didn’t feel the need to pump up mental midgets and nit-pick elite prospects.
This was a great T draft and you still weren’t happy with it so get ready to argue about T’s til the cows come home, we’re polar opposites ... you would NEVER draft OL anywhere in the 1st round and I am obsessed with OL.
Your boy better stop being such a bitch or he’s gone, his 5th year option is coming up. He’s not holding on every down because he’s lonely, he’s holding because he’s getting beat, PFF is retarded.
