Short arms would certainly be a difficult issue to overcome for an NFL T. One of the main reason Bolles sucks as bad as he does is because he lets defenders get so close to him before he actually starts handfighting. For Bolles it's just piss poor technique, but if you started out with short arms to begin with your technique would have to be that much better to make up for it.

That's not what the data indicates. Bolles is average though.

I did a quick four rounder.

Ruggs was ranked 11 overall and fell to me. Easy pick. Then something strange happened. The T's kept going off the board, Becton kept falling, and T's like the guy from Houston and USC were taken...and I traded up...and Jaded cried tears of joy. The second round hits...and...Swift...was there...I didn't trade up for him...butwtf? This is on hard mode, too.

I liked Stanford Samuels until the combine happened ... it wasn’t pretty, he’s un draft-able.

A skinny CB with 4.8 speed.

At that point in the draft I'll take a qualified flyer on Becton. Risk aversion can only go so far.

So this is basically the best case scenario for us. We get an elite talent at an important position in Jeudy, he's as safe as you can get with a WR. Then we get a CB who is perfect for our defense. Taylor was my BPA principle rearing it's head, and my favorite pick is Niang. He has a chance to be a damn fine LT.

    A+

I hate Lynch and Lemieux though, I don’t like their attitude.

He’s a legit/elite LT prospect, very little risk because he played both sides during his career. This is not a boom-or-bust prospect, this is a 355lb Jason Peters.

    Or Andre Smith.

No trades are projected in this. This is also my guess as to what teams will do, not what they should or should not do.

    1. Bengals – Joe Burrow. Let’s be honest, we’d all be shocked if this didn’t happen. No need to beat a dead horse.

    2. Washington – Chase Young. They could trade out, they could take a LT, Okudah is so good that he should at least be a consideration. But this is a Ron Rivera team and while they have a lot of pass rushers…this is a Ron Rivera team.

    3. Detroit – They should be fine with either Okudah or Simmons. On one hand you can argue that ditching a great CB like Slay just to draft his replacement is stupid. On the other hand you can also argue that his replacement is Trufant. You can also argue that Trufant would be a great CB2 and pairs well…the best guess I have is Okudah.

    4. New York Giants – Tristan Wirfs. They need a brand new offensive line and they certainly need a new LT. They also might need a RT. Wirfs can do both, and his flexibility is the biggest reason why he’s taken.

    5. Miami Dolphins – Justin Herbert. I’ve been hard on him and I’m hard on any strong armed QB who is sometimes scared to let it go. But his talent is legitimate and so is his work ethic. I’m going off of the presupposition that Miami is scared of Tua and his Medical.

    6. LA Chargers – Tua – They ain’t scared, but it’s not because they’re certain about it. Nah. Because they need to sell tickets and Tyrod Taylor is not the future. Make that money, boys.
    7. Carolina –Isiah Simmons – That’s a decent consolation prize for a departing Keuchly.

    8. Arizona – they need a LT, badly. Andrews is a guy with flaws, but he’s a respected prospect. Because he has four years of tape on him, you can be more certain of him than the other OL.

    9. Jacksonville – It’s their choice of the WR’s. I’m guessing they take Jeudy. Why? Because Ruggs’ isn’t a fit with Minshew’s arm and Lamb is great but Jeudy is a better route runner. Lamb would be fantastic, too and probably the pairing I would make.

    10. Cleveland – they need a left tackle and someone that can contribute to their fine running game. Becton is the pick.

    11. J-E-T-S JETS! JETS! JETS! – Cee-Dee-Lamb-Boy. Best Wide Receiver you ever seen boy. Man that was fun and man that was also a total guess! Tricked you. No. They take Derrick Brown, and they’re happy. Brown has great burst and he’s so strong. The problem is that his hands aren’t great for pass rushing.

    12. Raiders – Cee-Dee-Lamb-yes I’m serious this time.

    13. San Fran – Ruggs III. Shanahan is going to **** the league with him. Prepare to watch him run the wildcat, the Jets Sweep, and get in so much space it will drive you crazy.

    14. Tampa bay – Willis Jr. is the new LT and let’s hope all that time at RT didn’t impede his development.

    15. Denver – Ezra Cleveland - Elway surprises us all.

    16. Atlanta – The defense is an absolute mess, the offensive line is horrid. I almost want to slot Ruiz in here because it would make sense and his versatility would be a boon to the OL. I’m guessing they go defense and pass rusher - K'Lavon Chaisson

    17. Cowboys – C.J. Henderson is probably BPA and who I would slot into there. Dallas drafts well so I think they’ll value his skills.

    18. Miami – Josh Jones, LT.

    19. Raiders – Kinlaw is the pick and the value is really, really high. Not as high as Becton and Tunsil are, but high nonetheless.

    20. Jags – A.J. Epensa has the upside and if you’re worried about him 20 is a decent spot for him. Some might say it’s still a little early.

    21. Philly – Justin Jefferson’s slot play will be a sight for sore..well Wentz is sore all over all the time. Seriously though, what a great landing spot for Jefferson.

    22. Vikings – Queen fell so far. But he’s a tremendous LB and Minnesota will take BPA and live with the LB pick over WR.

    23. New England – Jordan Love. It’s happening.

    24. New Orleans – The past few offseasons have ended in heartbreak. Yetur Gross-Matos, will try to give them a playmaker that can reverse those late game turnover blues.

    25. Minnesota – Denzel Mims is the Diggs replacement and athletic freak that can bring some juice back to the passing game. They also are rumored to want to trade back, but if the offer isn’t right this is probably the sort of player they’d be taking anyway.

    26. Miami – Austin Jackson – when he gets his strength back/adds strength he’s going to be such a monster LT. I suppose A.J. Terrell and McKiney are in play here as well.

    27. Seattle – D’Andre Swift – I almost put Gallimore here, and round one RB’s are rare. However, Swift is a great talent and if you take a RB at the end of the first round you aren’t losing nearly as much ‘value’ on your pick. Seattle was reduced to bringing back Least Mode due to injuries.

    28. Baltimore – They need some help at corner and it’s one of the few weak links on the roster. A.J. Terrell is a huge talent and won’t have to necessarily take on the harshest assignments right away. Baltimore’s pass rush can help mask some of the issues. Diggs could have been put here, too.

    29. Tennessee – Let’s replace Casey, remember that guy? But with whom? Neville Gallimore is a nice value here.

    30. Green Bay – Kmet comes off the board and we actually have a TE taken in the first round. They could go a lot of ways here.

    31. San Fran – Baun, LB from hell, slayer of foes, sees the Bay Area and that’s where he goes.

    32. Chiefs – **** them. They get nothing.
