Just stop. That idiotic post has nothing to do with the Falcons franchise. Your post referring to the Falcons and the four players in question as "hoodrats" was simply a racist thing to say and, quite frankly, were I not just over people saying hateful moronic bullshit on here I would've deleted and sent you a CYP for it.

Take this to the Politics Forum. That's why we have it.

Thanks, but no. Thinly veiled racism is not why we have P&R.

They are pretty clean, but kind of bland. They lack gravitas.

Love the over-reaction of uniforms. I think they're pretty sweet.

    The gangs think they do.

I had a girlfriend who used to be into Feng Shui. She tried to explain that how your home was designed and decorated signaled your oneness with the spirits or some goofy shit.

I asked her to give me an example. She said the southeast corner of your home represents your love life. I reminded her that this was where the toilet in my apartment was.

Then I read a story where a woman in Los Angeles hired a Feng Shui consultant who told her she needed a bright red front door for maximum bliss. The woman had painters make her door a bright red. The next morning, the door was covered in gang graffiti.

Just shows how much different shit is in NY taht you would have been subject to stop and frisk if walking around the South Bronx dressed in Falcons colors or the red NYY colors.

But feel free to pretend it doesn't exist Dav. This has been a problem for a LONG time I didn't invent it and it isn't a conspiracy theory. Manufacturers stopped making certain styles because of gangs

You called black people hood rats. You weren't making some highbrow social commentary. You were just being a racist.

The racism in this thread is not nearly as offensive as the bullying. This is what bullies do - accuse others with inflammatory language. It's disgusting.

For the record, Shazam has not once in this thread used the words "blacks" or "black people". Secondly, a closer inspection of the example photo shows at least one person who is clearly white. So, I would infer that a comment like "hood rats" implies they were styling like gang members of any race, not "black people". Seems to me the racism is in the eye of the bullies.

I'm just a dumb okie hick, but I actually was unaware that that term had a racial connotation.

That's hilarious. You're clearly out of touch with reality when it comes to this, maybe that sheds some light on your history of comments here.

A picture of four young black men in football uniforms that are red and black is displayed and the immediate reaction is a post saying, simply, "hoodrats".

If you think making racist comments requires mentioning the color of one's skin you're dead wrong.

I think we're done here, if you want to discuss it further feel free to PM me. If you want to continue arguing about it openly, or if you'd like to continue making racist comments and getting upset when called out about it feel free to move along to another forum.

    Thank you OH

Dav it is you out of touch if you don't believe that some gangs desire certain teams names and colors to represent their sets. I'm not accusing you of anything. It was part of Police handbooks for a long time, right there with gang signs. I didn't invent this.
