Hmmm....obviously I'm higher on Lock than some and don't hate Teddy, that said....

    Interesting list.

The WFT definitely blow at QB.

The Panthers took a flier on a talented QB that had Gase as his HC, and the last time that happened Tannehill rebounded. Maybe some sense of optimism?

The Jets just drafted a prospect that a lot of people really like.

The Giants definitely have a problem at QB.

The Lions have a guy who has had great successes and failures in the NFL.

It's an interesting subject. I hadn't thought of it. Thx boo.

Jets just picked a guy in the top 5. He's a question mark, but I'd take that upside over what we have. Goff has struggled, but he's gotten a team to a Super Bowl. I'd take him too. Saints, Skins, and Panthers... Fair. But I haven't totally given up on Darnold either.

As it stands, the Broncos’ quarterback situation is definitely bottom-5. Let’s hope TBW has a revival or Lock finally pulls his head out of his butt. Training camp updates are going to be epic. Preseason games will be interesting to watch. I think, over the next month, the Broncos’ players will gravitate toward the quarterback they want to start. It’s too early to say who that is going to be right now.

Hopefully whoever emerges clearly separates himself early. Last thing we need is a split locker room.

Training camp reports are gonna be a shitshow, it’s literally never been unbiased.

He’s already better than TB, and there’s zero discussion about more upside.

    Yeah I’d take Jared Goff.

By what metric is he better than TB? Hell even his YPA, for a guy who checks down all the time, is a full yard higher than Lock's. By no objective measure has anything Lock done as a pro thus far been better than what we saw from TB last year. Upside/potential is literally the only thing Lock has in his favor between the two at this point.

Not by stats, when TB plays grown-ass man football come see me about comparing stats.

Btw, for someone quoting stats you fail to understand how Lock’s completion percentage lowers his YPA.

100%. He's still only 26, has led an elite offense in his career, and took a team to a Super Bowl. I'll take that over Lock every single day. Even Goff's worst full year as a starter dwarfs anything Lock has done.

Fair, let's look at yards per competition. Lock is at 11.5, Teddy was 11.0 last year. A full half yard higher for Lock. Whoopee!

Yards per completion is pointless too, you’re probably looking for air yards per attempt.

TB manages a game better than Lock, I’ll give ya that … Whoopee!

So I'm supposed to give Lock credit for throwing a bunch of bombs that land nowhere near a receiver? That's your argument?
