- John Elway“When we do find that guy, we’ve got to have the continuity on the offensive side to where we can train him and develop him and get him there. This is our fourth offense in probably three or four years. Quarterbacks need to be developed. You don’t find one ready-made. We got to have a solid system in place for when we do go after whatever guy it may be, a young guy or a trade or whatnot.”
"We saw it…. the hussars let loose their horses. God, what power! They ran through the smoke and the sound was like that of a thousand blacksmiths beating with a thousand hammers
They rush on to the Swedes! They crash into the Swedish riters…. Overwhelm them! They crash into the second regiment - Overwhelmed! Resistance collapses, dissolves, they move forward as easily as if they were parading on a grand boulevard
I cant believe im seeing the case keenum joe flacco debate for a 3rd time in 5 years. Local broncos media " CASE IS LIGHTING UP PRACTICE." Then i go to TC and see Chad Kelly dropping dimes and keesum throwing picks. RIP CHAD KELLY.
The first thing im gunna do when the new Madden drops is trade Teddy Bridgewater for Tebow.
Best current option we have. Elite arm strength. Mobile. Let's not pretend he's a 7th round scrub with no talent. It's footwork, decision making and reads. Teachable things. I get the pessimism, I really do, and I think it's basically a coin flip that you will be 100% vindicated. However, given the choice between he and Teddy, I'm willing to see. I feel he deserves a fair shake after his first real off-season, his first returning OC in something like 5 years, the rookie WR's having a year under their belt, and maybe most importantly the return of Sutton. Would I rather have Rodgers? Lol, duh! That said, I'm fine with rolling the dice, if he fails we have a game manager and we go elsewhere. If he does flourish we are in great shape for years, with a loaded roster and cap space. *shrugs*
All i know is a better see a physical set this year. I want Sutton, Patrick and Alberto and Fant all on the field at the same time. This presents a running threat and serious receiving threat at same time. Kind of like what the patriots did with Hernandez. Lets see if Shurmur is smart enough to do it.
