- John Elway“When we do find that guy, we’ve got to have the continuity on the offensive side to where we can train him and develop him and get him there. This is our fourth offense in probably three or four years. Quarterbacks need to be developed. You don’t find one ready-made. We got to have a solid system in place for when we do go after whatever guy it may be, a young guy or a trade or whatnot.”
And what? You replied to my post about Drew Lock in a thread about Drew Lock with a post about Teddy Bridgewater.
Week 9 is next week, is it not? Are we going to find out if Lock got any better? I don’t know, but if they want to shake up the season, it’s either the quarterback or the coach.
Your reading comprehension is terrible.
You referenced what Lock's faults are, and I pointed out that our 8 year vet is having the same problems (of which you agreed).
My point has always been it was a mistake to go with TBW out of the gate instead of Lock. I'll stand by that, despite your and Wave and Kings takes.

I'm pretty sure MO is on record of not even wanting to bring in "QB competition" in the first place.
And I'm pretty sure the majority of us who think TBW is better than Lock also wanted Lock to start the season.
Maybe next week we’ll see if Lock got any better. Sorry that pisses you off?

Im not sure anyone is really piling on Drew at this point. All ive seen the last 2 weeks is people doing the "I told you so" posts when Teddy started to show what everyone already knew in terms of his limitations as a QB.
