We are almost there. Just give it 2 more years my dude.
    The Plan at the moment:

Draft: Trade a 3rd and 6th this year to a team to move up and get a 2nd next year (this will happen).

    Players I want:
Jake Ferguson (Jake Butt) or Jelani Woods or Jeremy Ruckert or Cade Otten (owen daniels) at TE- All 4th rd or later.
Troy Anderson LB 3rd/4th rd (yay Timmy!)
Neil Farrell, JR DL- run stuffer- bye purcell

Inadvertently? Dude, no. It was very intentional. Yes, QB (the most important position) has been a shit show, but it will not be any longer. We went the opposite way and imo I really kinda like it. Dare I say love it. Let me show you!

Jags, Jets, Browns, Bills, Dolphins, Skins, cards, etc etc. These teams all have their QB now and only 1 of them is contending (my pick for sb this year)....But it has still taken them 3 years to get there. Why? Because their rosters had so many holes!

Our team will not have SO Many Holes! All we need is a QB. Yes, we can get a RT in the draft or FA. We can get a LB in the draft or FA. We have tons of cap space. Most of the FA we have we can let walk. Some guys will come back on lower cap hits (Von, Gordon perhaps).

Those other teams got the QB and then built around it. We built a freaking ferrari and now we just need the driver. We will not need as long to be good as they will. Took us longer to get their, but we have an exponential growth, the other teams do not. just my opinion.
We did it backwards. We missed out on getting a good quarterback but they decided Bridgewater will be good enough to win with.
Not sure Bridgewater is the guy we need on the field to pull a cone from behind victory, or the type of quarterback that can score quick or engage in a shootout at least a couple of times during the season. He’s not elite enough to count on him to do that.
Hey, the season is only two days away against a traditional NFC physical defensive team. Every year is different and what it may look like an easy game on paper may not necessarily be the case...

This is basically how we won our last title. Built a stacked team with bad QBs, had a decent enough season to attract a star, and off we went.

And imo.....If we did not have lame ass Fox, Mccoy and Gase (who btw I called all of them sucking! No I wont let anyone forget it for all the shit I took) we would have won at least 1 more.

I also think if it were not for Kubiak we likely would have peyton stayed another year to try and repeat. Kubes offense just sucked. Even then, had Peyton not had freaking degenerative nerves forcing his last dance we could have had another year or two after 2015. You are right, that team was sooo stacked and it stuck around for a while until we started trading away players and searching for a QB.

I like to repeat that. Next year we nab Rodgers. We have him for at least 5 years and contend each and every year!

Ya I am with you. Ted is NOT that type of QB. I do not have faith that he can do that. I think once teams figure out how to shut down our run game we will start losing games. Its going to happen. The safty will load the box and stop the pass and run and then we are done. We have seen this dance before. But that is okay, we are only auditioning our team for Rodgers next year. He just needs to see how freaking good we are with theodore. He will be like shit, with me, we can steam roll all these teams right to the Dance! Just one more year. Just one!

This is not a easy opponent by any means! The giants have a lot of talent on both sides of the ball,

I think our D is better than their O.
And I think our O is going to show us that we have playmakers.

Broncos better win the first 3. If not, prepare for another season of losing more than winning.

Yes we have quite a bit more talent, it’s going to come down to our offense and how well teddy play’s really

The Giants in general..and Daniel Jones specifically, has been a turnover machine. This game should be a Broncos win and establish their identity as a team that plays smart football, wins the TO battle and wins with the better defense while the Giants make mistakes that cost them the game.

It would be a disaster if the Giants win the TO battle and worse, if their D looks stronger than Denvers. If Denver can't win with their stated goals of great D, game management, and smart football...agasint this opponent...then hope to find W's using this formula against better oponents will diminish. This is a must win if there ever was on one opening day.

    Also... According to Bridgewater yesterday.
He is looking forward to finally being able to take the tops off of defenses. He also praised Sutton... Speaking about Sutton, Bridgewater said, "He's a Dog. He's out there and his energy is contagious..." To me it sounds like we have a guy that is excited to have weapons on a level he has never had before. I hope he proves naysayers all wrong.

    Go Broncos!

Lol teddy taking the tops off defenses has nothing to do with weapons around him, it has everything to do with teddy himself, the guy doesn’t even bother looking down the field for deep routes. It be guys running wide open down the field and teddy will just check it down.

Let’s not get delusional teddy…… you are your own problem when it comes to that, let us hope he’s changed though

The right side of your line would need to hold up against the rush for Teddy to consider it. Will be interesting to see if they are up to it.
