- John Elway“When we do find that guy, we’ve got to have the continuity on the offensive side to where we can train him and develop him and get him there. This is our fourth offense in probably three or four years. Quarterbacks need to be developed. You don’t find one ready-made. We got to have a solid system in place for when we do go after whatever guy it may be, a young guy or a trade or whatnot.”

You have though! When I wanted a WR two years ago and said I'd take Ruggs as well as (insert three other WR's I preferred) you acted like I only wanted Ruggs, and like I was insane for viewing him as most scouts, analysts, and GM's did, a first round talent.
No context!
Nothing.
Just that snippet of analysis displayed as if it was my entire vantage point.
You treated me like a hype man. And it hurt; because respect your view and assumed you were right. I gave you a state of the union and you honed in on a prepositional phrase!
You wouldn't even hug my mother at my funeral! You're cold!
I caught your fade and I was just window shopping!
apologize you monster!
I just want drew lock to throw pew pew lasers

I lost a bet with a No Comprende over this song literally yesterday; he says “Pedi who sings this song?” just as this song comes on radio.
I says “Triumph”
He says “Narrrtherish” because he can’t speak English.
But I speak Spanglish so I knew he meant “Nazareth”
I said “**** you! Triumph!”
We argued ... we bet ... I lost.

You won't be great at QB evaluation if your coaches aren't offensive adepts/they want to scheme a QB to a system as opposed to making a system around a talented QB.
If shurmer hasn’t learned by now then he’ll never get it and this will be his last job in the NFL, because honestly the guy hasn’t been an impressive OC his entire career. Only having a top 5 offense like 2-3 times in 13 year’s or so. Shurmer had better jump into his bag of genius or this is it for him.
