We really need two receivers out of this draft

I would be fine with a top 2 rd WR and a late guy but I feel like...we will end up going with Sutton #1, a higher draft pick at #2 outside, Hamilton (slot), Spencer(Backup slot). Then Patrick, Winfree and a couple other scrubs will battle for the final 2 spots. to back up outside....I expect 6 WR's with this offense.....
    Denver's 2024 George Paton Draft/FA plan

    Draft
    RD1- TE Brock Bowers, GA
    RD3- QB Spencer Rattler, SC
    RD4- CB Josh Newton, TCU
    RD5- S Reggie Pearson, OK
RD5- C Michael Jurgens, Wake Forest
RD6- K Jonah Dalmas, Boise St

    FA

people are sleeping on Jefferson becasue he was a slot guy at LSU, dude has all the tools a WR needs including deep speed but the frame of a Chris goodwin....he is gonna be a legit #2 outside......

You know I keep trying to like Jefferson. But admittedly I didn't watch every LSU game. But he has a lot of wasted steps. Great hands. Seems to run pretty good routes but I hate him after the catch.

To each their own.....I think he would be dynamic, but I also like aiyuk, and claypool..I'm still a big fan of KJ hill as well, but he will drop out of the 2nd and 3rd rd most likely he ran slow at the combine....Apparently he ran a 4.42 before the college season but he ran 4.6 at the combine...I would still take a shot on him in rd 4 I think he would be a steal there.....He has all the tools for a Number 2

Actually like hill better than Jefferson. I think he and Van Jefferson may be the best route runners in this draft not named Jeudy

Yea, he is one of my favorites in this draft.

Never the less, we have a LOT of young receivers who we shouldnt be giving up on in my opinion. Far far too early to start throwing some of those guys to the side methinks. Without a strong Oline any receiver we have will become worthless.

You weaken your team with overkill when you drop resource after resource after resource.

We poured a lot into the DL and we have defensive coaches as our leadership - coach them up at some point.

We have one NFL WR and utter trash at the rest.

I don't know why you cool cats and kittens want to buy a fancy gun and not put any bullets in it, but that's what you're doing with Lock.

    Liberate the offense, brooooooooooooooos.
