    1. Agalloch - The Mantle
    2. Alcest - Ecailles de Lune
    3. Burzum - Hvis Lyset Tar Oss
    4. Gallowbraid - Ashen Eidolon
    5. Caladan Brood - Echoes of Battle
    6. Fen - The Malediction Fields
    7. Ulver - Bergtatt
    8. Skogen - Eld
    9. Sojourner - Empires of Ash
    10. Summoning - Stronghold

Is there something that is flat missing?

Are you missing something? Depends. All of those records you listed are great records and deserve top mentions but it also depends on what other bands/albums you have heard and what is your main cup of tea. I have zero problem with that list. And no, King Diamond isnt black metal Shaz.

If i had to do a list right now it would probably round out like this, (No real specific order, sorry cant keep it at 10 lol)

    1. Imperium Dekadenz- Meadows of Nostalgia
    2. Midnight Odyssey- Shards of Silver Fade
    3. Farsot- Insects
    4. Sojourner- Empires of Ash
    5. Zeugen Der Leere- Seelenwanderer
    6. Belenos- Kornog
    7. Summoning- Stronghold
    8. Fen- Duskwalker
    9. Cnoc An Tursa- The Fifty Five
    10. Wandar- Zyklus
    11. Drudkh- Autumn Aurora
    12. Old Mans Child- The Pagan Prosperity
    13. Enslaved- In Times
    14, Skogen- Eld
    15. Foscor- Les Irreals Versions
    16. Dimmu Borgir- Enthroned, Darkness, Triumphant
    17. Myrkur- M

While MF and KD both share some aesthetics that are used in BM they are actually traditional heavy metal bands. Im sure they had some influence on BM in some ways but are not actually BM bands. Both are great in their own right though.
