Brantley stepped on Kelly because Kelly was blocking the plate. Don't want to get stepped on? Don't put your foot on the front edge of the ******* bag.

I don't think Kelly was intentionally aiming for the Astros heads. He's always had control issues and he couldn't find his curveball. To me, it wasn't intentional. But also, the Astros need to keep their goddamn mouths shut and realize that they did this to themselves IF those errant throws were intentional. Jeff Blum did make a good point during the broadcast though...he said he could understand taking a shot at someone's ribs or backside, but throws at the head are not ok. Kelly has been suspended in the past for that shit, so maybe it was intentional and maybe that's why they dished out an eight-game suspension. Who knows.

Remind me tonight to send you a picture of the signed book I have of Pete Rose. The book is titled something along the lines of "How To Hit Better Than Everyone".

    I hate Pete Rose.

But he was a one of a kind person. RIP Rose.

I'm not a Pete Rose fan, but I've got a lot of cool memorabilia from the Reds of then. It's just kinda funny looking at that before he was crucified and now.

King, you didn't remind me and I forgot. I keep all my Reds memorabilia in my spare bedroom, which the door to stays closed, so out of sight/out of mind. You had one ******* job, and you failed. FAILED.

So I guess Mookie Betts should be banned too?

Lol, probably if he cheated, right? The Red Sox scandal is a little less documented, but you make a solid point.

I went overboard the other night, and I fully admit that. No punishment for any player was completely inappropriate. And I still donít give a shit if they have to take a few ó which also hasnít actually happened yet.
