I'd just live in the sewers. Nobody goes down there. No body will find me there. No need for grenades. Access to nearly everywhere.
    The Plan at the moment:

Draft: Trade a 3rd and 6th this year to a team to move up and get a 2nd next year (this will happen).

    Players I want:
Jake Ferguson (Jake Butt) or Jelani Woods or Jeremy Ruckert or Cade Otten (owen daniels) at TE- All 4th rd or later.
Troy Anderson LB 3rd/4th rd (yay Timmy!)
Neil Farrell, JR DL- run stuffer- bye purcell

Fort Slocum woulda been ideal, but its been demolished. We visited there about 20 years ago, that was something.

But this place even the Residents that lives close by dont know it even exists. Its really impressive. Its at least a few hundred years old. I know the property managers well, they gave me a tour after a meeting. It isnt easily accessible.
