    Ensminger has been letting Brady run the offense, but I'm sure with some guidance. Ensiminger said he's confident Brady can run an offense on his own.

    Elway booted Kubiak partly because he didn't want to implement a 'modern' offense, with college concepts.

    That's my understanding of what it's supposed to mean.
