Goddamnit! I don't like this one bit.

Mainly because of the constant churn/turnover. You're not ever going to be consistent if you're consistently changing your coaching staff.

I hated most of his play calling, but continuity is important. They must have somebody specific in mind.

Thats precisely what i was thinking. Kubiak wanting out of Minnesota now.

It is coincidental that They waited two weeks almost to fire them, after Minnesota loss.

If they hire Kubiak, no. If they don’t hire Kubiak then it probably was. We’ll know the answer after the hire.

I hate the move just because I wanted to keep the Shanahan based WCO/Wide Zone system. Something must of happened behind the scene for this to happen.
"We saw it…. the hussars let loose their horses. God, what power! They ran through the smoke and the sound was like that of a thousand blacksmiths beating with a thousand hammers

They rush on to the Swedes! They crash into the Swedish riters…. Overwhelm them! They crash into the second regiment - Overwhelmed! Resistance collapses, dissolves, they move forward as easily as if they were parading on a grand boulevard

If what we saw from the Vikings yesterday is what Kubiak would bring.... no thanks.

Yeah, but he was the offensive advisor, whatever that means.

They weren’t really running the WCO from what I could see. Kind of a hybrid power run scheme except for the roll outs IMO.

You could never hate me. I love Kubes, but I don’t want his offense back here.

Nicki Jhabvala is saying they want something more modern.
