    I didn't fully appreciate Peart until I saw the documentary, and after watching I came away with the feeling (right or wrong) that Peart *was* Rush, the brilliant engine that gave it horsepower to achieve what other bands could not. I was impressed most by Peart, and I didn't realize how much was him. Your takeaway from the documentary (on netflix) might vary.
