If butt can bounce vannett from the roster. MY ideal TE is:

    Fant

    Butt
    Fort

Do we need more TEs? Vannett can be the last guy if so. By to Troy, IRman and everyone else.
I think they still run a lot of 12 personnel, at least 4 imo.

Btw, if Fort can play FB in spots like Beck I’d prefer him to Beck too.

Cutting Heuerman and Vannett would save $4.4 M and leave $2.2 M in dead money, these are decisions will will have to make with the salary cap going to be gutted if there’s no fans in the stands.

Why would there be no fans in the stands?

    We've moved past that.

Shit, slim, you need to call Goodell, apparently he hasn’t got the memo.

Yeah, Goodell tends to be a little slow. He will figure it out.

It’s probably his #40 M salary slowing him down.

Can you imagine a red-headed lawyer making that kind of jack?

I'm not sure this is a world I even want to live in anymore.

Default NFL says camps must be at team facilities, joint practices can't be held

NFL teams must hold training camps this summer at their main practice facilities because of the coronavirus pandemic, commissioner Roger Goodell told all 32 organizations in a memo Tuesday obtained by ESPN.

In addition, teams will not be allowed to hold joint training camp practices with other teams, the memo said.

"The NFLPA was strongly in favor of these two decisions, which were made to limit exposure risks by avoiding the need for clubs to clean and maintain two facilities, by limiting the need for players and club staffs to travel to another location (sometimes located at a considerable distance from the home facility), and by limiting travel and contact between players on different clubs in the context of joint practices," Goodell said in the memo. "These steps are being taken for the 2020 preseason to address the current conditions and are not expected to be in place in 2021."

In 2019, 10 teams practiced away from their main practice facilities.

Coaches believed, beginning with Bear Bryant, that taking a team away from their home environment to a college campus where they were in dorms and close quarters, eating most meals together would build a bond and make them focus on the football.

As players made more money and unions got stronger the practices went away. Teams also began to have the funds to build massive, state of the art facilities and the need to go away from those facilities became less and less until there is now no real benefit to doing so. The NFL also allowed more offseason workouts and players stopped spreading to the corners of the earth during the offseason.

A couple teams still do it. Chiefs go to St. Joseph and the campus of Missouri Western where the state/city built them a giant facility. Cowboys still go to California.

Also, hell yeah I remember. We went every year.
*The statements above are my opinions, unless they are links, because then they are links, which wouldn't make them my opinions, and I suppose stats aren't necessarily opinion, but they are certainly presented to support an opinion. Proceed accordingly.

12 is my favorite offensive set to run. Especially if you have a shifty RB and a fast TE. We have both. 12 would be such a monstrous offense for us.
    The Plan at the moment:

Draft: Trade a 3rd and 6th this year to a team to move up and get a 2nd next year (this will happen).

    Players I want:
Jake Ferguson (Jake Butt) or Jelani Woods or Jeremy Ruckert or Cade Otten (owen daniels) at TE- All 4th rd or later.
Troy Anderson LB 3rd/4th rd (yay Timmy!)
Neil Farrell, JR DL- run stuffer- bye purcell
