That's just more "Fake News!" Bullshit.

Anytime anybody says anything from behind the velvet curtain, you can't handle it, and spout more nonsense.

Don't want real news, just Dove Valley happy-talk "we had a plan for Drew Lock all along and we played it brilliantly!"

Yup. Sure. Just like the husband who's in trouble with his wife for getting stone drunk and hanging out at the bar all night, but while he was stumbling home, he happened to pick up a winning LOTTO ticket.

So, kiss, kiss, all is forgiven.

true, I would probably replace him with Shurmur, that could be good for Lock
    Denver's 2024 George Paton Draft/FA plan

    Draft
    RD1- TE Brock Bowers, GA
    RD3- QB Spencer Rattler, SC
    RD4- CB Josh Newton, TCU
    RD5- S Reggie Pearson, OK
RD5- C Michael Jurgens, Wake Forest
RD6- K Jonah Dalmas, Boise St

    Free Agency:

Cut Flacco, Leary and Heurman. With carry over from last year, our cap space will be over 100 million. AND HERE I GO:

Sign Chris Jones. We can afford him. Interior pressure along with Chubb and Von would be an upgrade. Jones plays the run hard too. If we want to win the division, we want to hurt the Chiefs. Two birds with one stone. They cant afford him anyway. Too much wrapped in their Dline as it is.

Sign Wolfe to a 3 year contract. Its a lockeroom move not to mention not wanting to overpay for Harris. Wolfe is loyalty and a leader.....and the lockeroom knows it. Lose Harris, lockeroom knows its because Chris is looking to get paid. Wolfe can still provide pressure up the gut too.

Sign Simmons. 5 year contract. Pay the man.

Sign McGovern: Need some continuity on the line...will probably cut Leary.

Sign Thuney. Give Learys money to him.

    Draft:

    Round 1
Broncos trade down to 19, pick up another 3rd-rounder pick 80(190TVP) from Raiders. Broncos select:

    19. KENNETH MURRAY- OKLAHOMA
6'2" 238 lbs This BIG, FAST stud playing behind Von, Chubb, Wolfe and Jones will be a nightmare on all levels. This stud had 28 tackles in one game, can cover, has speed, and is a leader. WARHORSE SPECIAL.
MAY HAVE TO STAY AT 15 to get him! Put on the tape!

    Round 2

Broncos trade to Indy 2nd round pick 46(440 Trade Value Points) 3rd rounder 95(120TVP) for 34st pick in the draft (600 TVP) and select:

    31. JALEN REAGOR-TCU
5'11" 195 lbs, this stud can play inside and outside. Biggest get is he can RETURN PUNTS!

Broncos trade back into 2nd round with Pittsburg- selection 49 (410 TVP) for Broncos selections in round 3- pick 77(205TVP) pick 83(175TVP) and round 6 pick 162(26.5TVP)
    Broncos select:

    49. TRAVIS ETIENNE 5'10" 200 LBS CLEMSON
Some may not like this, but this guy will bring a LOT of smiles here in Denver. He. Breaks. Tackles. He will end up taking over at RB, placing Lindsey in the 12 to 14 touches area, saving him and using him in space. Yes, this after we extend him.

    Round 3 . Broncos select:

Pick 80: PRINCE TEGA WANOGHO, OT, AUBURN
    Height: 6-7. Weight: 301.
Drafted him cause he's a prince. If you dont like him......check him out. High upside.

    Round 4 Broncos select:

Pick 108 Jaylon Johnson 6' 0" 190 lbs, CB, UTAH
Jaylon is a stud with high upside. Some think hes slight of build but he can play. More cover than run stopper, he has good instincts and can be coached up.

Pick 127 Denzel Mims WR BAYLOR
    Height: 6'3" Weight: 210
This will be a steal here while some think he can go undrafted. This guy is a big body who will snatch it out of the air with the best. HANDS. Good speed. Body control, and can make people miss.
WARHORSE SPECIAL: Hint: Production, production, production. Every year. Day in and day out. TD machine. Good character.

LAST PICK: This is without any comp picks we get, which I think will be 2 or 3. Will wait, but will go with 1, will use it to move up into the 6th round and select:

    Round 6 Broncos select:

    CAMERON DANTZLER CB, Mississippi St.
    Height: 6'2" Weight: 185 lbs
Dantzler is a hitter who can play the pass. I think hes a great prospect to try and coach up while helping him add weight. He isnt afraid to hit even though hes under sized for his height. Really have my eye on him at safety. Tall, rangy, length which may or may not allow him to translate to the pro game. Safety is a fall back option.

THERE YOU HAVE IT. Of course, there will be more done......but I think thats enough to chew on.

Etienne is so much better than Lindsay I can’t imagine too many people being upset.

Don’t extend Lindsay, btw, tender him and play it by the book.

I am in favor of taking RB high (late 1st early 2d) this year for some reason that probably is wrong.

    Kinger made me do it!

When in doubt Blame Kinger....as for RB high I can't buy this over the OL, maybe if we end up with 3 2nd rd picks or something which is possible.... I think scags and utilization was the problem more then Freeman and Lindsay.

Yeah, feels like they need to keep infusing talent into the OL, let Munchak get the first pick. O-line needs to be able to dominate the LOS so our wunderkind OC and Ronjeremified QB can work their magic.

But if they can get another gamebreaker RB for value with 2d pick, even if moving up. I love Lindsay, but let's keep him at 200-225 carries, 250-275 touches. Is that wrong?

I think Lindsay should be getting 10-15 touches and at least 5 of those should be screens or dumpoffs out of the backfield in space lol.....

It was coming off my draft plan, which followed me signing Thuney as one of my FA moves. OT is addressed in 3rd round...good pick!

Yeah. If Etienne takes bulk, not only can we keep Lindsay fresh, but if Etienne misses time, he steps right in.

I disagree on Prince even making it to rd 3. He is in the top 5 OT's and the first 3-4 will be gone by pick 15.

    Thomas- top 5
    Willis- top 10
    Jackson- top 15
    Bechton- top 15
    Wirfs- top 25
    Prince- rd 2
    Jones- rd 2

Im also really starting to worry about what happens at Center, McGovern is going to get a big FA contract....is that us, who knows. if not we cant bypass Center for a RB period....the class is weak and so is the FA options
