Never really felt there was any doubt we were gonna lose that game. Hadn't had a feeling like that in a while watching a Broncos game.


This Sunday's game against the Raiders is gonna be so good, Oakland has a chance at a wild card spot and we can ruin this for them.

I hope everything Oakland needs breaks for them then they lose to us. That would be perfect.

I wouldn't say you don't use Lindsay for a short yardage situation but, I do think, you don't go 4 wide or 3 wide for it. Put in your TEs, a FB, and get after popping a hole in their D for him to shoot through

I'd like to see Ju'wan come back, and close out the season with a full game. I highly doubt that it happens though.

Next year it will be huge getting Chubb and Callahan back. I haven't given up on last year's free agent class, but hopefully this year's free agent class is mostly our own guys and re-signing Simmons, Chris Harris, and Shelby Harris. I don't want to see the Broncos trying to get cute bringing in overpriced free agents from elsewhere.

Oakland might outright beat us again, but I expect our defense to put up a much better fight this time. Unless I'm miscalculating, 16th is the lowest the team can drop in the draft and 8th is the highest barring some strength of schedule shenanigans.

Yeah, when the Broncos coach at that level then we’ll talk. Five HC changes in 6 seasons, they’ve had a TE coach coaching the OL for most of this decade, I could go on.

Edit, also, the Cheatriots talent level sucks, it always has ... they’re the exception, not the rule.

The good news for Denver is they a shit ton of picks next year and if they want to move up for anyone in particular they can. But the other reality is there is a lot of great talent in this draft and we are not even talking about FA yet at this point. No matter what happens next week we will still have a top 15 pick so im not worried about winning a couple of games down the stretch.

If you look at the reactions of Miami yesterday they had celebrated like they just won the SB even though they suck big time. While winning in a losing season might not mean much to you it often times means something to them and thats something you have to try and understand.

As for who these wins matter to, I’m on record as saying players and coaches ... and for reasons just as selfish as mine. I’m also on record as not caring what’s best for players.

Players come and go, if they wanna stick around they should learn to cover TE’s and block without holding on every play.
