“Cash poor” are the words used, reported by more Broncos reporters than you can shake a stick at. Meaning they can’t pay huge money up front to many FA’s, they’re good for a couple big FA’s but after that they have to get Inventive with FA’s contracts.

Honestly, I thought it was common knowledge by now.

The Bowlens are not Dan Snyder rich, they never have been.

Just tell yourself that it’s “fake news” and go on being blissfully ignorant.

Maybe, but I don't think you want more than 2 or 3 big FA contracts each year.

A couple of big fish and then focus on really good players that are left in the second wave of FA.

I agree, Though after last years FA’s I wouldn’t blame them if they sat this one out.

“When we do find that guy, we’ve got to have the continuity on the offensive side to where we can train him and develop him and get him there. This is our fourth offense in probably three or four years. Quarterbacks need to be developed. You don’t find one ready-made. We got to have a solid system in place for when we do go after whatever guy it may be, a young guy or a trade or whatnot.”

Interesting take about the comp picks formula and how we have used it in the past, and how it plays into some of our current players with team options like Leary and Davis.

SI thinks McGovern is also going to command top center money. I dont think we will pay that, but maybe we will as the FA class outside him sucks, and there are maybe a couple options that look like they could develop into starters this draft.

C money is the cheapest on the OL. He should look to be a top paid G

regardless of position a lot of talking heads expect him to command 10-12 mil per year, which would be more then paradis got in carolina if I'm not mistaken....I wouldn't be shocked at all either if it wasn't even bigger the 10-12 mil as the options are so limited.....

If they didn’t pay top dollar for the great P=Stiff then they ain’t gonna for McGovern ( McGovern is better).

Young. Stud. Hurts KC if we sign him away.

If we sign him, we eliminate taking someone in round 1 to provide interior pressure on the QB.

Chiefs need to sign Mahomes, and Breeland I believe not to mention they already have alot of money invested in their defensive line.
    IN PATON I TRUST.

There is zero chance Jones doesn’t stay in KC, they’ll tag him at the very least.
