Just came across my phone.
Yikes, he's a solid coach, isn't he?
Carolina hasnt live up to expectations. For a while it looked like Allen might lead them to greener pastures but after losing a few games recently i can understand the move.
Chris Long has made this point several times about Ron Rivera - he's a defensive coach whose defenses have never been all that good... It's kind of surprising he's survived this long.
When Tepper bought the team the writing was on the wall.
The Riverboat has sunk?
I've never been a fan of his. SB50 outed him as a shiney bitch too. Think of the talent in Carolina that was wasted in his tenure. They have had some very good players.

The biggest difference is the Leader of Men we used to know built his reputation on the 1 or 2 good seasons, even though he had 1 or 2 not so good seasons afterwards prior to him becoming our HC. Until recently, Rivera had consistently put good Ds on the field.

I don’t remember Leader of Men ever being good.
