We're talking about him as an OC, not him as a HC. He's a bad offensive mind these days as far as running an offense and calling plays. He was a solid HC, although that might be a little generous considering how awful his offense was, and how much we had to rely on the defense.
But, he brought in Phillips. And he made tough calls regarding a hurt PFM and Oz.
