This reminds me when I watched an attorney say (insert argument opposing counsel makes) is unconstitutional and wither away when the judge asked why/how. You can make a claim all you want. If you've nothing to back it up, like the insane MN argument here, the claim means nothing.

Sometimes I'll give hints or even make the better argument for people I'm talking with, because it's just a convo, but this is silly. I love everyone in this thread. At first, sure, but seeing what the defense lays out there then Kubiak might agree and not call a timeout. Jaded's point still has merit.
