We need a OT in top end of draft. This is a long time weakness that plug n play FA has never worked.
- John Elway“When we do find that guy, we’ve got to have the continuity on the offensive side to where we can train him and develop him and get him there. This is our fourth offense in probably three or four years. Quarterbacks need to be developed. You don’t find one ready-made. We got to have a solid system in place for when we do go after whatever guy it may be, a young guy or a trade or whatnot.”

I saw something where they were thinking about Franchising him.....wonder if that's even possible for them over dak especially....him and cooper is gonna cost them Mucho dollars.....Not to mention Dak…..If I was going to spend on a CB in FA it would probably be him if Chris walks....But Bradberry could be a good consolation....I think Bausby is pretty legit if he makes it back as well....I could see a scenario where Callahan and Bausby are 1 and 2 and then Dawson and a 1st or 2nd rd rookie come into play also....
The OL FA class isn't that great overall, and Correct me if I'm wrong but McGovern is a FA as well. Can anyone confirm this....I wasn't tracking that. I know Leary we have a option on, and he wasn't horrible this year, but he is to injury prone for me to take that option so I'm letting him walk in FA I think....
I think OT needs a high prospect, and the Right Guard and Center Positions could use some help for sure. Even more so if we don't sign McGovern.....

I have never been that down on Bolles, I think a lot of his penalties are reputation penalties the last 2 years.....He can be upgraded sure, but I think people fail to realize just how bad OL development has been in college with the love of the spread lately.....for me Bolles is a middle of the pack starter, who struggles to get over a bad play at times, and can be inconsistent but for every holding penalty there are plenty of other plays in the same game where he straight owns his dude.....I think he has talent at the position he just don't show it all the time. The big thing he needs in my opinion is someone to challenge him for his spot....whether it be a rookie or a FA. I think had James been healthy when Bolles was having his streak of BS James would have sent him to the bench.....that might have been the final wake-up call he needed.
I have said it before though we could far worse then him at that position....Imagine if we had a Menlik Watson or Donald Stephenson at LT

Im still leaning towards CB. IF we cannot get Okudah, then imo we do like we did last year. We jump back to late teens/20 and grab that Center that is really good. I could be swayed on a nice DE/NT too. Then we will have 2 2nds and 3 3rds. That is more than enough ammo to land us a OT and WR and a few others.
For me, for right now. Its Okudah or another TOP CB or move back.
PS- I think the chargers are going to go for a QB too. I also think a team may try to move up with us for a QB should one fall.
The Plan at the moment:
Draft: Trade a 3rd and 6th this year to a team to move up and get a 2nd next year (this will happen).
Players I want:
Jake Ferguson (Jake Butt) or Jelani Woods or Jeremy Ruckert or Cade Otten (owen daniels) at TE- All 4th rd or later.
Troy Anderson LB 3rd/4th rd (yay Timmy!)
Neil Farrell, JR DL- run stuffer- bye purcell
