    The Plan at the moment:

Draft: Trade a 3rd and 6th this year to a team to move up and get a 2nd next year (this will happen).

    Players I want:
Jake Ferguson (Jake Butt) or Jelani Woods or Jeremy Ruckert or Cade Otten (owen daniels) at TE- All 4th rd or later.
Troy Anderson LB 3rd/4th rd (yay Timmy!)
Neil Farrell, JR DL- run stuffer- bye purcell

When you need one starter at a position you should draft/sign two, if you need two starters draft/sign three.

Case in point, the Broncos needed a RT, they got ONE, how’d that turn out?

My case; they need a RG, draft Wirfs and sign Kelechi Osemeli and let the best man start at RG ... when (and it is WHEN) James goes down you have Wirfs at RT and Osemeli at RG.

Alternatively, you could just go on pretending that Wilkinson isn’t an UDFA for a reason.

Do the same with ILB, draft/sign three and kick the scrubs to the curb/PS. Joe Schobert, balls out and proves that you don’t have to be a total Scrubby-Doo to be a gringo ILB. See if Telvin Smith wants to play and is available. Isaiah Simmons would boner in this defense. DeVondre Campbell struggled at new position and will hit FA trying to rehab his reputation, inexpensive/depth option with tons of starting experience.

Point is, when you needed a LT since Clady retired you don’t just draft Bolles, you draft Bolles, sign a legitimate swing option and draft a later round prospect worth developing.

Broncos showed they aren’t opposed to this by trading for Flacco and drafting Lock ... sure Rypien is a waste-of-space scrub but 2 out of 3 ain’t bad ... especially for this FO.

    Moses of Bama.

Kid from Oklahoma is solid too. Murray.

Overall, not a LB heavy draft

    OL, QB, WR, DL

What are the odds that Moses goes back for another year? Given his injury.

Very possible, but if he grades top half of round 1, I'll bet he goes. A second injury would destroy his hopes.

He should go even if he gets Day 2 from Committee, I agree.

Thanks broseph. Guess we might need to scoop up an ILB in FA.

And I am a homer, but Daniel Bituli from Tennessee has really developed this season. The coaching he has gotten since the coaching change has done wonders. He'd be a good option in mid rounds unless he climbs the boards.

Any good combo safety/hybrid safety and LBs?

Simmons and Floyd are the only 2 I think have the speed. Simmons can project at ILB, olb and safety. Floyd from VTech is that tweener but likely early-mid rounder.

Simmons for Clemson. He is plays ILB/S hybrid at 6’4 230/235. Has speed and range.
"We saw it…. the hussars let loose their horses. God, what power! They ran through the smoke and the sound was like that of a thousand blacksmiths beating with a thousand hammers

They rush on to the Swedes! They crash into the Swedish riters…. Overwhelm them! They crash into the second regiment - Overwhelmed! Resistance collapses, dissolves, they move forward as easily as if they were parading on a grand boulevard

Besides OL, what I really think we need are:

    Wr with speed
    TE
    CB
    NT
    ILB
    The Plan at the moment:

    Players I want:
Jake Ferguson (Jake Butt) or Jelani Woods or Jeremy Ruckert or Cade Otten (owen daniels) at TE- All 4th rd or later.
Troy Anderson LB 3rd/4th rd (yay Timmy!)
Neil Farrell, JR DL- run stuffer- bye purcell

Again...homer...but another Tennessee stud is TE, Dominic Wood-Anderson. Huge JuCo get last year. Superb athlete with some mass. Issue is production and none of that is his fault. Our line has been so bad that we have to keep the TE in to block. He is not maximized but is a beast. I'm guessing if he comes out, he'll blow up at the combine and lose sleeper status. But could be great compliment to Fant.
