with the Shurmur hire and a deep WR class I exepct us to draft a high speed guy on day 1 or 2 now.....

I would love Reagor, Ruggs or Hill from Ohio state for the new offense. I would also love Robby Anderson in FA, but it sounds like he is going to have a very expensive market.

Sutton, (Speed Rookie or FA), Hamilton, Patrick, Spencer and we could probably use another guy depedning on what Winfree can show....I thought hamilton was done for, but his last 2 games probably saved his job for now....

We had interviews with Army cornerback Elijah Riley, Princeton quarterback Kevin Davidson today for the east side at he east/west shrine practices. Both are probably late rd prospects. Also TCU guard Cordel Iwuagwu for the West

More and more I would rather go DL with our early picks.

I like John Hightower in the mid rounds. He reminds me of Mike Wallace. I can go with a mike wallace. He is fast AF. Not a lot of wiggle, good hands.

Now we can do your Kinlaw in the 1st. Grab us a CB and OL in rd 2. Grab another of each in RD 3 and look at ILB or RB. Take Hightower in the 4th/5th range.

I love Ruggs and Raegor but I do not think what they will add to the team will be so much more than Hightower vs the DL or CB or OL prospects that we can grab at those picks (ruggs/reagor)
    The Plan at the moment:

Draft: Trade a 3rd and 6th this year to a team to move up and get a 2nd next year (this will happen).

    Players I want:
Jake Ferguson (Jake Butt) or Jelani Woods or Jeremy Ruckert or Cade Otten (owen daniels) at TE- All 4th rd or later.
Troy Anderson LB 3rd/4th rd (yay Timmy!)
Neil Farrell, JR DL- run stuffer- bye purcell

I'm Expecting to end up with 3 picks in the first 64 when its all said and done, and trust me a LB, DL, CB with those would be great. Center has to be in play if we dont sign McGovern with 1 of them, and safety could also be in play, but I think were going to Franchise Simmons then work a deal out before the season when the FA craze has worn down....I think the WR class is deep enough that there are some solid guys at WR late rd 2 and in rd 3, but I dont think the FA class is very deep for a speed guy, we may be priced out of Robby Anderson and to go into to the season as we are now at WR in a more spread out scheme would be dumb. WR has to be considered either in FA with a a big FA name or a WR in the 1st 3 rds....I really like Hill from Ohio state late rd 2 or rd 3....

I am all about Kinlaw dude is a straight beast, Having Dre'mont Jones, Him and Wolfe with purcell at NT, would make me okay with Losing shelby who is probably going to command a hefty FA contract we probably shouldnt pay which certainly makes DL a need.

Also word on the street is that the Top 3 tackles are going to be Thomas, Willis and the Benton. Wirfs sounds like he may be going back to Iowa to finish his degree but no formal annoucement yet, but if he does prince, adams and Jones bump up....

Walterfootball HAs us taking some solid picks the first 3 rds.

    1. Laviska Shenault WR Colorado
    2. Tyler Biadasz C Wisconsin
    3 Jordan Elliot DE/DT Missouri
    3 Shyheum Carter CB Alabama
    3. Tyler Throckmorton OT/G Oregon

only one I'm not a big fan of is Carter, but the need is valid. The WR pick is interesting, but we certainly have a need there.

Rumors from the East/West Shrine practcies are that the talent is down this year and maybe only a couple prospects will go in the 2nd day picks. One mentioned on the OL was the Guard from Oregon Throckmorton.....

    He’s on to Cincinnati.
*The statements above are my opinions, unless they are links, because then they are links, which wouldn't make them my opinions, and I suppose stats aren't necessarily opinion, but they are certainly presented to support an opinion. Proceed accordingly.

Cincinnati is for losers. I hope he's spared.

If Denver wants to move back a few and still get their center, that's okay. There's only one LT I'm sold on and we're about 10-12 spots away from being able to get him. I think Wirfs is a RT, and that's fine. We could use all the help we can get on the OL, I just don't expect him to handle LT.

The other guys are more late-1st / early 2nd round types for me. Denver's not gonna keep 11-12 picks or whatever it winds up as after the comp picks are finally announced. I'm fine with moving around the draft. There are some good OL in it, and Denver has a buncha needs. I just don't think Denver can get to 3 or 4 for Andrew Thomas. Maybe if they were moving up from 10 - stupid Raiders...
I want to have an OLineman on the team named Badass.
