No, it's not. Talk to me about top 15WR. I honesty don't know.

On a side note, the Broncos should take a good hard look at Dante Olson (ILB, Montana) in the 3rd/4th. Dude is an absolute monster. 6'2, 240, school record in alltime tackles. Buck
Buchanan finalist last year, will likely win this year. Captain. 150+ tackles each of the last two years, plays zone well, and carries a 3.8+ gpa....and his parents are super cool. Somebody is going to get a gem. I hope it's us.

We have pretty much played our way out of the OT Thomas, CB Okudah, and DL Brown sweepstakes. We also may have played our way out of a chance for Murray at ILB and even Jackson at OT.....so it may just make more sense to trade back with a team that is WR needy or needs a safety like Delpit or Simmons. Unless of course Parks and Simmons walk, Then Delpit and Simmons should be on the table for sure.....
    Denver's 2024 George Paton Draft/FA plan

    RD4- CB Josh Newton, TCU
    RD5- S Reggie Pearson, OK
RD5- C Michael Jurgens, Wake Forest
RD6- K Jonah Dalmas, Boise St

Jeudy from Alabama and Lamb from Oklahoma are your most likely top 2 who will probably go in the top 10-12 picks, then you have Laviska from The buffs and Gandy-Golden from Liberty in the 12-18 range.....

Seems FA is the way to go at WR. Gimme a solid, speedy WR2 for like 7-8 mil a year. Draft a kid or two 5th or later. I'm not sold on Hamilton, but think Patrick could develop to a pretty solid 3, but he's not the slot type. Im confident Fant is gonna be a monster with Lock, and maybe Butt can have season or two. Fixing the OL should be priority 1, but with Lock and mobility as the new starter and future, plus nunchuks having more time to mold what we have, I'm wavering from us being total garbage.

I'm just scared to burn high picks on OL if legit weapons are there.

This joke didn’t work. My bad.

...The draft is starting at 11...
*The statements above are my opinions, unless they are links, because then they are links, which wouldn't make them my opinions, and I suppose stats aren't necessarily opinion, but they are certainly presented to support an opinion. Proceed accordingly.

As for OT....I know everyone has their guy but here is the early frag on many boards and rumors from the scouting community...

    Thomas (Georgia)- top 5 pick
    Jackson (USC)- top 15 Pick
    Wirfs (Iowa)- Top 20 pick
    Barton(Lousiville)- Late 1st Early 2nd
    Leatherwood(Alabama)- Late 1st early 2nd
    Trey Adams (Washington)- 2nd rd
    Jedrick Willis (Alabama)- 2nd rd
    Wanagoho (Auburn)- 2nd rd
    Jones (Houston)- 2nd rd

Only Jones, Adams and Wanagoho are seniors the rest need to declare. A lot of scouts think that Willis, Leatherwood and Jackson could benefit from another year, but Jackson is considered most step in pro ready for Franchise LT behind Thomas....Wirfs and Willis are RT's whether they can transition to LT is still up in the air as well.

The one thing I do like is the draft in rd. 1 and 2 has some very good OT prospects overall and is deeper in rd 1 and 2 then previous years.....If Denver cant get 1 of these guys in the first 2 rds, we suck......but as it currently sits if its deemed that OT is the Call by Elway for rd 1....From a value perspective we would be reaching on everyone but Jackson in the 12-15 range provided Thomas is also of the board.

I also agree WR in FA is the way to go, but I can't ignore what Laviska or Golden could bring to this offense opposite Sutton and they will coss far less then 7-8 mil per year for 3 years. I agree also on concerns with Hamilton and Patrick. We do need our OL fixed in a bad way, but I also don't want to reach just because, so Safety or CB should be very much in play since 3 of our 4 top DB's are FA, and ILB with Davis headed for a retirement home shortly and also the DL make sense over reaching for a OT in the 12-15 range.

Everybody hates Bolles, for good reason, but the last 2 games have given me a sliver of hope.

If he could just be a C+ starter with Locks mobility we are so much better off.

Wr are projected to go high every year. Usually a few fall. And fall far. I bet 1wr is top 10. Another is top 20
    The Plan at the moment:

Draft: Trade a 3rd and 6th this year to a team to move up and get a 2nd next year (this will happen).

    Players I want:
Jake Ferguson (Jake Butt) or Jelani Woods or Jeremy Ruckert or Cade Otten (owen daniels) at TE- All 4th rd or later.
Troy Anderson LB 3rd/4th rd (yay Timmy!)
Neil Farrell, JR DL- run stuffer- bye purcell
