He's a helluva guy. Used to be arguably the best in the league. Now he's a shell of his former self, and will never play 16 games again in all likelihood.

Here's another selling point for you though - he was a team captain for awhile and not just because he's a rah rah feel good player.

I expect he'll end up being another FA the Packers sign thinking it will open up the passing game only to end in shame.

I don't know, it should be an interesting draft.

Trading up for Tua is going up be prohibitively expensive. Not worth it.

As a matter of fact I would entertain trading 1st overall because of how much they could bring in, if there’s a trade partner.

Trading from 10-12 range which is where will probably end up to 1 is to rich for my blood, but what if Lock looks really bad? You have to think Tua and Herbert are def in play if Elway likes them.....It cant be counted out. Maybe we can convince Miami to take flacco and our 1st rd pick for 1 or 2 overall.....
    Denver's 2024 George Paton Draft/FA plan

    Draft
    RD1- TE Brock Bowers, GA
    RD3- QB Spencer Rattler, SC
    RD4- CB Josh Newton, TCU
    RD5- S Reggie Pearson, OK
RD5- C Michael Jurgens, Wake Forest
RD6- K Jonah Dalmas, Boise St

    FA

If you had top pick and could get Miami’s highest pick and switch 2021 picks I’d do it, meaning Denver is drafting high again in 2021 if they need Lawrence/Eason/Justin Fields.
