But carry on about imaginary screaming fans, it sounds quite exciting.
You're complaining that he didn't document his argument, while you're not documenting yours, and the presupposition in your argument seems to be that the one message board you visit not having the bitching...sigh...we're not doing this. I just wish you were a little nicer here. You are the sky-lawyer.

    Really?

Took me 5 seconds to Google this. Not quite sure why you’d be arguing Cardinals fans would be pleased being the worst defense in the NFL.

VJ sucks, we can move on. No surprise a losing team is unhappy with staff, etc.

    He's average.

In the NFL, average = 8-8 = sucks.

To me, he is pissed on excessively. It's the misattribution that bugs me. I'm not a big fan of his.

What I mean is everyone thinking "Fire VJ, problem solved!"

    No, it's exactly the same.

The big central hairy problem wasn't VJ. He neither helped nor hurt imo. He's your average 2d contract warm body.

It's just so damned hard to find good help!

I wonder why they didn't go with Shanahan. I wonder if what Falco says about Ellis is true.

He was a big part of the problem. The bigger problem is who hired him. They ain't getting rid of Elway, but at least by moving on you get a chance to get lucky/learn from mistakes.

VJ was excessively shat on. I've seen worse head coaches than him. See, for instance, every Bengals HC since 1988 to Marvin Lewis.

And I've seen bad coaches win a bunch of games because their roster is loaded and their division was meh - Brad Childress comes to mind.

    It's complicated.

But no, Elway was in love with VJ and wanted him. He was Elway's favorite dating back to when Cincinnati blocked us from hiring him as a coordinator.

That narrative has some power. Jilted and bothered is a bad combo.

    Huh!

Question; How does the defending SB Champs get their biggest threat at home? Every year their hardest games are in NE, and every year they’re supposed to get the hardest schedule ... yet every year they have the easiest schedule.

    Draft
    1st round— Cooper Dejean CB
    2nd round— Jack Sawyer OLB
    3rd round— Will Shipley RB
    4th round— Ricky Pearsall WR
    5th round— Ladd McKonkey WR
    6th round— Cash Jones RB
    7th round— Carson Steele RB

Not sure I buy this. AFC East is soft, not their fault.

Indeed, and the Ravens have it easy as their division sucks too but like you said its not their fault.

Baker doing his best Jay Cutler impersonation.
*The statements above are my opinions, unless they are links, because then they are links, which wouldn't make them my opinions, and I suppose stats aren't necessarily opinion, but they are certainly presented to support an opinion. Proceed accordingly.
