He's a ticking timebomb. He'll eventually snap, and do something stupid.

Not for a few years yet. By then we will have secured Lawrence for ourselves.

Watching his press conference. I assume from yesterday. He's mentally fatigued, and tired of the pain.

He makes the list with Jim Brown, Barry Sanders, Gronk at retiring at 29.

Shows you how stupid the Colts were not to protect their investment with a shitty offensive line in his early years.

Didn't realize he was still that young.

They flat out ruined his career, which is why I hope they don't get another shot with Tua/Hebert/Lawrence. Let them suffer for a while.

You're 100% correct. I'd feel really bad for Lawrence if the Colts were to draft him. Steve Young is not very pleased with the Colts.

Well this came out of the blue. I guess it's understandable from his POV, but wow.

He walks away with all his faculties in the head, enough money his kids won’t be wanting and he’s got an architectural design degree from Stanford. He’ll be doing stadium design at some point, if he wants to.
*The statements above are my opinions, unless they are links, because then they are links, which wouldn't make them my opinions, and I suppose stats aren't necessarily opinion, but they are certainly presented to support an opinion. Proceed accordingly.

Luck doing what he did with those flawed teams is impressive. Luck doing what he did with those injuries is impressive. Luck's stats overall...yeah, pretty ******* good. Luck's career in that context - he's carried more flawed teams in his career to success some QB's do in their entire flawed careers.

This is a dark day in the history of the NFL.

Meanwhile losers like Keenum and TS are in the league. No ******* justice, no ******* justice.

Patrick Willis, Calvin Johnson, too. You could make a helluva team out of the early retirement guys.

Any starting QB to do that in August is wrong. I'm sorry. He isn't at a job to just give two weeks notice. I get it wht hes talking about but its just not right for him to so it HOW he did it.

He should have announced he was possibly sitting out 2019 months ago. He was presumed to return this year by Coaches and Management.

He just got a what, $32m bonus? How convenient.

If this happened here in Den there would be a suicide watch.
